Missing Kids UK

Missing Kids UK is a website run by the Missing Children Team which is part of CEOP Command within the National Crime Agency. The Team is a specialist unit providing advice and support to UK law enforcement and other partners in relation to missing children issues and work closely with the UK Missing Persons Bureau. This includes supporting and promoting the use of the Child Rescue Alert system to quickly and safely recover high risk missing children. They do not take reports of missing children from members of the public, but their website provides advice for parents and guardians.

Children and young people going missing

Children and young people going missing is inextricably linked with child sexual exploitation. Going missing can be both a cause and a consequence of being exploited.

Guidance has been provided by Hull Safeguarding Children Partnership and GOV.UK.
